The discovery of the Cimrman play 'Czech Heaven' has confirmed that the trail of the ingenious author did not end in 1914. The drama captures the time when the First World War broke out on Earth. We watch it from heaven, where long-dead greats of Czech history fear for the fate of their people. The Czech Celestial Commission, consisting of Saint Wenceslaus, Forefather Čech, and J. A. Comenius, expands with new members in this crisis situation to inspire the nation with the idea of statehood itself. The performance will take place in the courtyard of Liebieg Palace, regardless of the weather. Please note that umbrellas are not permitted for the visual comfort of visitors. Tickets will be available on-site or via the portal evstupenka.cz. The venue and box office open 30 minutes before the start of the performance. Refreshments will be available for purchase at the venue.
