Head to the medieval shooting range in the courtyard of Bezděz Castle and try your hand at shooting English longbows, horsebows, and crossbows under the supervision of experienced archers. With weapons of varying draw weights available, the event is fun for both adults and younger children.
The program also features an open blacksmith forge in the 1st courtyard, where a master blacksmith demonstrates the traditional craft and the production of small items. An authentic atmosphere is provided by members of the historical fencing group Úpičtí střelci, dressed in period costumes from the first half of the 15th century.
