

SUMMER YOGA PRACTICE 5 days to slow down and breathe again Do you want to slow down over the summer, relieve your back, release tension in your body and mind and feel good in your body again? I've put together a summer yoga program that will take you through the summer without the pressure to perform - with an emphasis on recovery, mindful movement and a return to balance. Classes run throughout the summer in the same mode as during the year. An air-conditioned room is provided. You can come as a one-off or join an intensive week. REGULAR PRACTICE Classes throughout the summer that gradually lead you to greater stability, strength and relaxation. INTENSIVE WEEK (5 DAYS) 5 days that will really push you. Each day: conscious movement breath work space to calm down Week includes: guided meditation and Saturday workshop - I will create an invitation separately Result: you will feel lighter, calmer and more yourself.
