Spherically floating tales of silence
Ronja Sophie Putz, violin and voice
Sound/Dream – or 'suono/sogno' in Italian – follows a downward spiral, a corridor into ever-expanding silence. The violin becomes an extension of the musician's body, its sound an extension of her voice. The interplay of violin and voice is united in one soloist, based on lyrical fragments and sensory phenomena.
Acoustic illusions play with the listener's perception and invite you into the borderland between sound and silence.
This unique solo evening fits in with the high-voltage hall of the Hochschule Zittau-Görlitz, rich in contrasts. Where highly complex scientific research takes place every day, a no less fascinating soundscape unfolds on this evening.
