Intergenerational watercolor illustration workshop with Aneta Františka Holasová. Grandmas and grandpas, bring your grandchildren and come get creative!
We invite you to a unique intergenerational gathering in the gallery, where children, parents, and grandparents will meet at one table. Together, we will observe plants, discover their shapes and colors, and translate them into delicate watercolor paintings under the guidance of children's book illustrator Aneta Františka Holasová.
We will begin the program with a short visit to the exhibition presenting the work of the artistic duo Věra Nováková and Pavel Brázda. Motifs of flowers, gardens, and wild vegetation often appear in their drawings, watercolors, and paintings—sometimes as a small detail, other times as an independent theme. The exhibition also includes books that both artists contributed to—for example, the publication Co se slovy všechno poví, the botanical book Naše trvalky with plant illustrations, or the book Moji milí bratři by Helena Čapková.
