On Friday 22 May from 6 to 11 pm, the region's cultural institutions will open their doors to visitors for the first time in a year at an unusual evening time, offering them extraordinary tours and programmes. Under the common motto "Museums unite a divided world", they will once again become places where generations, cultures and experiences come together and where common understanding can be sought. Thus, Museum Night is not just an ordinary visit - its exceptional atmosphere opens up a space for sharing stories, meeting people and different world views. The State Museum of Glass and Costume Jewellery in Jablonec nad Nisou will offer creative workshops for families with children with bracelet making or sandblasting glasses with Jablonec motifs (until 10 pm). Exhibitions will be open as part of the International Triennial of Glass and Costume Jewellery Jablonec 2026 and permanent exhibitions, which you can explore with the quiz Jablonec nad Nisou from the beginning to today. The opening hours of the State Museum of Glass and Jewellery in Jablonec nad Nisou during the Museum Night under Jested are from 6 pm to 11 pm. The accompanying programme ends at 10 pm.
