A physical theatre piece for children and families (recommended for 1st-7th grade)
MUT*ICH is a captivating physical theatre piece about courage, fear, and being human.
With plenty of humor, clowning, and dance elements, two characters—accompanied by live music—embark on a playful journey of discovery: What does it actually mean to be brave?
With great physical expressiveness, they create ever-changing worlds from three boxes and wooden sticks—sometimes an obstacle, sometimes a stage, a shelter, or a dare. The characters balance, climb, fail, exaggerate, laugh, and doubt. They challenge each other, play with danger and absurdity, and discover that courage doesn't always have to look grand or heroic.
MUT*ICH tells stories of the fear of failure, the desire to belong, and the courage to be different. It shows that courage sometimes lies in taking a step forward—and sometimes in standing still or admitting that something isn't possible.
A poetic, physical, and humorous theatre experience for everyone that touches the heart, makes you laugh, and lingers long after.
Because being brave doesn't mean having no fear—it means facing it.
