Come and learn about herbs in person over the weekend; don't just learn them from books or apps. In a beautiful location on the border of the Krkonoše and Jizerské hory mountains, we will get to know summer herbs in the meadows, learn to identify them safely, and learn how to process them.
You will receive a Czech herbarium and make at least 2 natural remedies that will be useful for the whole family in winter. In the meadow, we will also look at edible wild greens, full of vitamins and other nutrients. The price includes food, materials, the herbarium, the course fee, and evening consultations; you only pay for accommodation on-site if you stay with us in the guesthouse. I have been running experiential herbal courses for 5 years, not only for women. I was born right here in Paseky nad Jizerou, where my great-great-grandmother Anežka, a significant herbalist, used to live. And so we wander through the meadows here, and I teach women to recognize at least the basic herbs again, how to process them, store them, and what to use them for to improve health.
