Fire Department Meadow, Hrádek nad Nisou

Hasičská Louka (Firefighters’ Meadow) is a public open space in Hrádek nad Nisou, located on Luční Street. The area serves as an outdoor venue for cultural, social, and charity events, primarily organized in cooperation with the local fire brigade, the town authorities, and the Brána Trojzemí association.

The meadow regularly becomes the center of major community celebrations, such as the Hrádek Town Festival and Fair (usually held in August) and the traditional Walpurgis Night bonfire celebration at the beginning of May. These events typically feature a rich program including a large bonfire, smaller fire pits for roasting food, children’s workshops, inflatable attractions, live concerts, and an evening fire show performed by the plaYmen group.

The venue is open and accessible to the public. It offers a peaceful atmosphere close to nature and is conveniently located, making it easily accessible for both residents and visitors of Hrádek nad Nisou.
