To mark 35 years of "German Unity", young people from the easternmost (Upper Lusatia) and westernmost (Rhineland) regions of Germany have submitted photographs that show the "Silent Change" in their regions. A youth jury from "Löbau lebt e.V." has selected 60 works and curated an exhibition. The works are being shown in Upper Lusatia for the first time. The festive Vernissage will also include a panel discussion with young people from both regions about structural change, German Unity, and East-West differences. As a special guest, the Federal Government Commissioner for the New Federal States, Minister of State Elisabeth Kaiser, will also participate in the discussion. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity for an exchange with the young artists in a relaxed atmosphere. Vernissage: May 22, 5:00 PM | Kulturcafé "Alte Bäckerei"
