In addition to the best feature films, documentaries and short films, awards will also be given for best acting performance, best screenplay and best production design, as well as for the audience favorites. The Special Award honors a film that is particularly dedicated to international understanding. In addition, a youth jury will select their favorites among the feature-length and short films in the festival program.
