If the sun shines on Sunday, Mr. Mon visits on Monday, you do your duty on Tuesday, Wednesday is the middle of the week, it thunders on Thursday, and Friday is free, you have surely experienced a special week.
But what happens then on Saturday? Clearly – that's when the Sams arrives! The Sams is a red-headed, cheeky, and very voracious creature with strange blue dots on its face. And it plops right into the well-ordered, yet somewhat monotonous life of a decent gentleman named Taschenbier. Taschenbier, in turn, suddenly has his hands full because the Sams innocently causes constant chaos and catastrophes: The unfriendly landlady Mrs. Rotkohl is led by the nose, an entire department store is thrown into turmoil, and even Taschenbier's boss gets a good dressing down.
But as the Sams shakes up Taschenbier's manageable world, the man suddenly finds one wish after another granted. What a life! From one day to the next, it is colorful and turbulent. At first, this is all a bit uncomfortable for Mr. Taschenbier, but he soon realizes how much the little creature has grown on him. As the wonderful time together draws to a close, he knows what he must do …
