Vom Anglerfisch, der nicht mehr lügen wollte | Children's play by Kai Pannen
Mittelsächsische Theater Freiberg/Döbeln
Recommended for ages 5 and up
Gunnar, the little angler fish, lives deep down in the dark sea. His light-up fishing rod attracts prey - but it only lights up when he lies. Without lies it stays dark, and with the truth he stays hungry. No wonder the other sea creatures mock him: "Lies have short fins!" But then he meets a small octopus with a great fondness for charming fibs. A little exaggeration here, a little omission there - that's a much better way to live! But what if a dangerous shark turns up? Is it then more important to tell the truth or save your friend? A sparkling adventure about friendship, honesty and the question of whether white lies are sometimes allowed after all.
