The play is conceived more or less in the form of dialogues between the sisters. It begins when Lída Baarová makes her debut in her first film at Barrandov, which starts her steep acting career. Her sister Zorka is only ten years old at the time.
As personalities, the sisters are very different and hold very different social and political views, which is the source of the dramatic principle of the play.
The play also reveals that the often reviled Lída Baar was not a black and white personality. Rather, she is portrayed by us as a young reckless actress who is uninterested in political events and blithely gets involved with a top politician. This choice has tragic consequences not only for her own life, but also for the fate of her entire family, especially her sister Zorka.
The production team consists of current and former artists of the F. X. Markéta Tallerová, more or less in the position of director and, as she says, mental support, Markéta Coufalová (former member of the drama department of the F. X. Šalda Theatre and the Celetná Theatre in Prague), Kateřina Kholová (former inspicienta and actress of the DFXŠ) and Jaroslav Němec (musician and sound engineer of the DFXŠ).
