A colorful afternoon in and around the weaving school and at numerous locations throughout Großschönau!
At the weaving school, there will be many hands-on activities, a large textile market, and demonstrations of textile crafts. Visitors can see weaving, spinning, bobbin lace making, and embroidery. For the first time this year, short courses on textile design will be offered at 11:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. in the school's auditorium.
The German Damask and Terry Cloth Museum and its demonstration workshop, as well as the Technology Museum, will also be open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This year, Trixi Park Großschönau will also offer a hands-on activity in its creative workshop. Additionally, and also for the first time, hourly tours of the village and its various locations are planned.
